I am Achmad Haqqiqi, as a young diplomat from Indonesia, I would like to express
my disappointment with the recent cases. The case is the business of scaming.
This case took place with our citizens being sold and forced into labor by Myanmar
citizens.
This is irony. We know that every human being has human rights and humans are
not goods to be traded. I and several other immigration agencies have started
tightening migration measures and looking for illegal migrant syndicates.
Therefore, I represent all other diplomats, asking the government of Myanmar to
tighten security and legality of migration, especially from our country. And be
careful in dealing with this business of scaming.
And we will always follow the process of developing existing problems until they
are complete.
We hope that the government of Myanmar acts decisively and swiftly on this.
