- What is your example? I chose the example of the group at P&G

- What did the business gain from their business analytics efforts? They had improved business
processes and saved the firm money.

- What process did they improve? At first, the processes were in dispersed domains so that many
executives didn’t know what services they offered or how effective they could be. But now, those
expertise are more likely to tap the company’s deep pool of expertise for their projects.

Business process is a collection of related activities that create product or service of value to the
organization, its business partners, and/or its customers
