Ensure that the following conditions are met: a. The Sub-Frame Opening is ideally 20 mm wider and 10 mm taller than the outside frame dimensions of the door system. b. The Sub-Frame Opening is plum, square and level. c. The floor area is clean, dry and level. 2. Remove Packing Materials 3. Keeping the joint gap as per the approved drawing align the assembled frame within the door sub frame opening using plumb levels. 4. Install the shims in the correct locations and in correct sequence. 5. Fasten the Door Frame to the Sub-Frame using screw 3'-Galvanized steel fishtail anchor @600 center. Ensure Plumb line level and rigidity of finish at Installation. 6. Mask polished /painted surface by masking tape. 7. Moisten the joint gap surface by sprinkling water to apply PU foam. 8.
