Memorandum of Understanding

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into on __ day __ month _____ year

BETWEEN

JEYRAM EDUCATIONAL TRUST (JET) having their registered head office functioning at the location No. 7/1A,
Chellamuthu Naicker Street, ARIYALUR – 621 704, Tamil Nadu, represented by its Chief Executive Officer
cum Managing Trustee Mr. J. Balakrishnan (Hereinafter to be called 'First Party').
AND

…………………………………. and having their office at …………………………………………………………… represented by its
……………………………………………. Sri/Smt ………………………………………………. (Hereinafter to be called 'Second
Party').
WHEREAS

a. It has been the concern of the First Party to train the beneficiaries by way of imparting Skill /
Vocational training as per the existing demand of the industry and create avenues for suitable
livelihoods and expanding universe of knowledge to produce workforce.

b. Whereby the Second Party shall provide the Training / Placement to the successful beneficiaries and
observe them in-house or refer to the external sources on their network for the suitable placements.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HERETO HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

1. GENERAL

The Services shall be performed at different locations in the state of …………state………………… in

accordance with Training /Work /Placement orders issued by the Second Party pursuant to this
Agreement.

2. PLACEMENT

2.1. The First Party in coordination with Second Party shall conduct the courses as per the curriculum and
national skills standards. The Second Party shall accommodate the trained candidates as mentioned
below.

3. Appointment Letter

The Second Party shall provide the appointment letter to all the eligible trainees those are observed for
the placements and cooperate with the First Party providing the copy of the appointment letter and
Monthly Salary Slips.

In WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this agreement to be made in English and executed
by their respective duly authorized representatives of the day and the year first above written
