ESSAY:
In some nations, the population comprises fewer elderly individuals than
younger ones, which is considered as having both advantages and downsides. This
essay will show that the advantages much exceed the drawbacks because young
people contribute significantly to the country's economy while not impeding
societal growth.
The most significant advantage here is that young individuals will assist in
the national economy thrive since their youth, inventiveness, curiosity, and
enthusiasm make them a highly productive workforce. Moreover, young people
will provide fresh, daring ideas that might lead to innovations that will possibly
advance the nation's economy. Another important aspect to emphasize is that
young people are less of a burden on society since they demand less healthcare
services and financial assistance from the social welfare fund. Furthermore,
because they are of working age, they will be taxpayers, contributing to the
national social welfare budget as well as infrastructure.
Despite that, some argue that the overpopulation of the younger generation
will burden recruitment and lead to a competitive job market. Yet, this essay
contends that a harsh job market encourages people to continually improve and
strive to meet the demands of society, and hence this should be viewed as a
challenge rather than a disadvantage.
To conclude, while some argue that having a younger generation
outnumbering an older age in many nations is detrimental to recruiting, the benefits
are incalculable. The vast number of youthful generations can contribute to a better
national economy and an unburdened society in the future.
