Reflection Paper in Contemporary World

How does your course help you in the attainment of T.I.P. Graduate
Attributes?

Contemporary means modern or current and world is where we live in,

meaning, contemporary world is about our modern world. It’s about the
current things that happen in politics, economy, culture and many aspects of
life. This course tackles about the real issues in our society where we really
get involved to our responsibility to our family, industry and the citizens of
our nation. Our critical and problem solving skills is used when there is a
discussion about a certain problem where we can share our opinions
practicing our own communication skills verbal or written.

In the real world, knowing the current problems that our country faces
could help you be aware and observant in the place you are living in. Just
like when you are applying for a job, it is essential that you know the
company’s background about them so that, they know that you are
competent and have the skills to work effectively and improve your work. In
class, sharing thoughts can be used as an example of interpersonal skills
where you can work with teams or groupmates and share your opinions and
also being able to listen to what they are saying.

Furthermore, lifelong learning is a must for you to have improvement in

your strengths and weaknesses. Contemporary world will serve as a guide
for what it is like to think for a solution and address the problems in our
society that we are all facing.
