Page 11: How can you show commitment to public interest?

In order to show commitment to Public Interest as a government employee we

must learn first the meaning of serving the public which simply means serving for the
good and the welfare of the community. I will make sure to protect the given trust by
the people. I will serve with passion honesty, passion, efficiency, effectiveness and
Impartiality to prevent wasting government funds and use them wisely.

Page 15: How can you become more professional? How can you improve the
work you do in the office to improve your service to the public?

In order to become more professional we must put always into our mind the
qualities behind us, which is the special knowledge, Skills, Standards, Spirit and
Supportive Environment. I will utilize my time wisely and give my entire attention to
my work. I will treat my superiors and workmates with respect and as well as other
people and more than anything, I should take pride and conduct myself well in the
office with honesty, respect, competency and higher excellence.

Page 17: How can you put into practice political neutrality?

In my case in order for me to stay away from it, I just have to follow election
guidelines, and refrain from getting involved personally with the campaign groups
and with the candidates themselves, it is our responsibility to do our job with sincerity
and keeping up professional practice and ethics in the public office. This will
eventually lead to reasonable and fully unbiased decision making creating a good and
balanced work place. We have our own political views but I think I should be very
careful of what to say.

Page 20: Can you recall an experience when your honesty was tested? Or when
you became a victim of dishonesty?

This happened way back from my past Company, I was told to forge signature
of our Team Leader in order to approved our overtime.

1. What can you conclude from your story or experience?

Stand what is right, even though I am tempted to do that, I did not tom because
I Believe that there is right thing to do with that, and always be patient in
waiting for the approval.

2. What can you say about honesty? About being just and sincere?
 It means turning away from sin, like stealing from the agency you are
working, accepting bribes or gifts, gossiping, using foul languages, rather
focusing self to a life full of happiness, integrity and loyalty.
