considered for contest qualification.
 Token/Cheque bounce cases will be considered only if full money is received
within contest login period.
 44 L slab applicable only for top 2 qualifiers based on APE, 3rd qualifier will move
down to lower slab of 22 L & so on.
 KLI reserves the right to change the Silver Gift voucher with equivalent amount of
any other voucher.
 LA’s / AP (Self Code) / IMD / POS can qualify for Anniversary Special & Full Month
Contest reward.
 All IMDs who will complete their basic 4 Lacs APE criteria within contest period,
will be eligible for Anniversary Special & Full Month Contest.
 Final post audited result could be different from the daily contest update due to
removal of policies not meeting all the contest Terms & conditions.

 The contest is applicable for all Life Advisors, Agency Partner (Self code), IMD & POS of APC
Channel.
 All LA’s / AP (Self Code) / IMD & POS who has downloaded & Registered in the BOOST APP will
only be eligible for contest.
 Anniversary Special Login : 1st Jun‘23 to 20th Jun’23 ; Conversion – 25th Jun’23.
 Full month Login Period:- 1st Jun’23 to 30th Jun’23; Conversion - Non Medical Cases – 9th
Jul’23, Medical Cases – 21st Jul’23.
 All pictures of Vehicles / Prizes shown in slabs above are indicative and for illustrative purpose
only.
 APE inclusive of GST shall be considered for the contest.
 Cheque bounce cases if resubmitted and converted before the conversion cut off date will be
considered.
 All cases with APE above Rs 25,000 will be verified in respect of premium payment term and
premium amount from HO by tele-calling the customer.
 All Surrender cases either in Part or Full & re-logged in will not be considered in the contest.
 Any business already logged in / converted earlier than the scheme period, if cancelled & re-
logged will not be considered, Kotak Life Insurance's decision in this regard will be final.
 Data as per KLI system (Online Receipting System & Life Asia) will be considered for the
contest. Only In force policies at the time of running final results will be considered for the
contest.
 All prizes will be given out as per status after free look period. The prizes are non-transferable.
 TERMS & CONDITIONS

then “Direct Payouts” will be made to Qualifiers after deduction of applicable taxes.
 All the vehicles (Car/Bike etc.) will be given on Delhi Ex-Showroom price or Budgeted Price
whichever is lower.
 All benefits are subject to withholding taxes as applicable under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
 All local taxes (octroi, insurance, registration, entry tax, etc.) to be borne by the winner.
 This is an internal scheme offered to the Life Advisors / Agency Partners / IMD/ POS on sole
discretion of Kotak Life Insurance, any terms conditions & issues related to the scheme cannot be
questioned outside the Company.
 Non-compliance of ethics & compliance guidelines will lead to disqualification.
 In all cases Kotak Life Insurance’s decision would be final and binding.
 Application, interpretation or modification of any of the terms & condition, change of rewards
including Contest Logins & Conversions Extension will be as per the decision of Head of Agency.
