Dear Ms. Tomenes,

In reference to your probationary employment with SC Reservations (Philippines) Inc., we regret to inform you that you failed to
meet the company standards required for regularization.

Please refer to the attached Performance Evaluation Form for the details.

In view of the foregoing, the Company hereby terminates your employment as Reservation Sales Specialist effective April 22, 2023

In this regard, you are hereby directed to return all Company-issued properties immediately and coordinate with your Immediate
Manager and/or Human Resources for the processing of your final pay not later than April 29, 2023. Should you fail to comply with
this directive and other related exit clearance process, the Company shall charge the applicable costs and damages to your final pay.
