EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT AMONG HEIRS COVERING A LEASED PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, This Extrajudicial Settlement among Heirs (hereinafter referred to
as the "Settlement") is entered into on this [Date] by and among the following heirs of the late
[Deceased's Name], who passed away on [Date of Death], and who was the registered owner of the
property located at [Property Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"):

[Heir 1's Name], residing at [Address]

[Heir 2's Name], residing at [Address]

[Heir 3's Name], residing at [Address]

[Heir 4's Name], residing at [Address]

WHEREAS, the aforementioned heirs are the only lawful and legitimate heirs of the late [Deceased's
Name] and are entitled to succeed to all rights, titles, and interests over the Property;

WHEREAS, the Property is currently subject to a lease agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Lease
Agreement") with [Lessee's Name], a lessee who has been occupying the Property and paying rent in
accordance with the terms of the Lease Agreement;

WHEREAS, the heirs have mutually agreed to adjudicate and divide the Property among themselves as
the rightful heirs, in accordance with their respective shares of the estate;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the mutual covenants
contained herein, the parties hereby agree as follows:
