EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT AMONG HEIRS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Extrajudicial Settlement Among Heirs is made and entered into by and among the undersigned heirs
of the late [Deceased Person's Full Name], who passed away on [Date of Death], hereinafter referred to
as the "Decedent," and who was the registered owner of a property covered by Lease Agreement No.
[Lease Agreement Number], hereinafter referred to as the "Leased Property."

WHEREAS, the Decedent died intestate and without any outstanding debts or obligations concerning the
Leased Property;

WHEREAS, the undersigned heirs are the lawful and only heirs of the Decedent, entitled to inherit the
Leased Property in equal shares, as follows:

WHEREAS, the Leased Property is currently subject to a valid lease agreement with [Lessee's Name],
hereinafter referred to as the "Lessee," with a term expiring on [Lease Expiration Date];

WHEREAS, the undersigned heirs have agreed to distribute and adjudicate the Leased Property among
themselves, as the rightful heirs, and to terminate the lease agreement with the Lessee;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the parties
hereby agree as follows:

Distribution and Adjudication of the Leased Property: The undersigned heirs hereby distribute and
adjudicate the Leased Property among themselves in equal shares, as specified above. Each heir
acknowledges and agrees to hold their respective share in the Leased Property free and clear of any
claim or interest of the other heirs.
Termination of Lease Agreement: The undersigned heirs, as the lawful owners of the Leased Property,
hereby terminate the existing lease agreement with the Lessee, effective immediately upon the
execution of this Extrajudicial Settlement Among Heirs. The Lessee shall vacate the Leased Property and
remove all personal belongings within [Number of Days] days from the date of this settlement.
