WILL DEED

religion(the “Testator”), do make this will on ……….

1. I hereby declare that this is my last will and
testament and it shall supersede all the preceding
wills, testaments and codicils if any, executed by me
or under my direction. I am of sound mind and
making this will entirely out of my own free will and
volition ,without correction or undue influence.
2. I hereby appoint……..,………,………., resident of ,………
…….. aged …….years (The “Executers”) as the
executer of this will be trustees of my estate.
3. I hereby declare…., …., ……., …….., resident of

(the “beneficiary”) shall be the inheritor under this
Deed .
4. My property consist of ……… ( hereinafter in
collectively referred to as the “property”).
I unequivocally declare that I am the absolute
owner of the aforementioned property with all the
rights , tittles and interest therein .
5. In the event of my demise , I bequeath all my
property existing in whatever form at the time my
death will all the rights, titles and interested in the
property therein (insurance etc). to the beneficiary
as mentioned under the deed . The executor shall
hold and administer the said property in trust,with
all such rights and interests , for the benefit of the
beneficiary.
6. The Executor shall, after spending the necessary
money for the management and administration of
the said property, handover the assets to the
Beneficiary and the same will then belong to the
same beneficiary absolutely without any liability
to account for the same .The executor , however,
shall not to be entitled to sell the property , whether
moveable or immoveable , as mention above or
mortgage the same.
7. The executor shall obtain probate of this will form a
competent court ,if required in law shall pay all the
duty and other expenses required for such probate
and also pay as first charge of all my other liabilities
by way of taxes or otherwise howsoever.
