I. Description of the business and business model

Our description of the business is we discuss ideas for a healthy & sustainable product that might
be able to minimize the threat of global warming in light of the troubling news about the danger
that will soon be happening to our environment. The group develops a company concept that
may both raise public awareness of environmental issues and help to protect the environment
while also being successful. Which include selling an environmentally friendly, organic fruit
candy called "Earth's Nectar Fruity Candy" as our main item and turning the fruit peelings from
our raw materials into liquid fertilizer that will be given to farmers and environmentalists. The
brand name planet's Nectar refers to how organic our product can be and how it values and
appreciates everything that organically arose from the soil of the planet. And the business model
of our business is a home based manufacturing business that will sell organic candies through
online marketing platform.

III. Description of the Product

Our main product, Earth's Nectar Fruity Candy, is a healthy and eco-friendly Candy delight
produced from genuine fruits with no additional artificial flavoring, preservatives, or sweeteners
to preserve the organic flavor of the fruit and its nutrients and vitamins. Our candy is offered in
three fruity flavors: Kiwi, Orange, and Mango. For our sub-product, we offer Earth's Nectar
Liquid Fertilizer, which was recovered from the agro waste of our raw materials, which are fruit
peelings. 50% of our liquid fertilizer production will be donated to environmentalists and
farmers, while the remaining amount will be sold at a reasonable price to our consumers.

Our Product positioning Earths Nectar Fruity Candy is 100% created organically with genuine
fruits and no artificial flavorings or preservatives added, making it ideal for people who enjoy
eating sweets but worry that artificial ingredients in candies will spoil their diet. By turning the
fruit peelings from our raw materials into liquid fertilizer and giving it to our environmentalists,
these sweets aim to increase environmental consciousness in addition to satisfying your
appetites. You can be healthy and have the option to benefit the environment by eating Earth's
Nectar Fruity candy.

Our market segment is early adopters, parents of children at young age who wants healthy candy
for their children, any individual who has interest on raising environmental awareness. Channel
Social Media Platforms (FB, IG, Tiktok) & Online Market Platforms (Shoppe & Lazada).

IV. Team members and Management Set-up

The Ceo of earth’s nectar co. is Khalid Siraj as ceo of our business venture his role is to lead the
teams decision making and make a schedule on how to execute our business plan, and the Cfo of
earth’s nectar co. is Rolando Melloria Jr. As a CFO of our business venture, he managed the
company's budgeting, costing process, and future expenses. Lastly the Coo of the earth’s nectar
co. is Marie David she manages and handles the daily business operations of the company and
focused more on implementing company strategies into daily operations to meet objectives.

V. Product, Productions and Operation

Our flagship product, Earth's Nectar Fruity Candy, is a nutritious and environmentally
responsible candy delight created from genuine fruits without the use of artificial flavoring,
preservatives, or sweeteners. This preserves the natural flavor of the fruit as well as the nutrients
and vitamins it contains. Our candy is offered in three tropical flavors: mango, orange, and kiwi.
Our sub-product, Earth's Nectar Liquid Fertilizer, was created from the agricultural waste left
behind after producing our raw materials, fruit peelings. The output of our liquid fertilizer will be
split into two parts: 50% will be donated to environmentalists and farmers, and the other half will
be sold to our consumers at a fair price.
