I am presenting a project on “Advertisement” ,in this project I
have tried to give all important things and information about
advertisement. Advertisement is the act or practice of offering
goods or services to the public through announcements in the
media. You will find out the disadvantages and advantages of
advertisement, the qualities of a good advertisement and the
effect.

What is Advertisement?
The act or practice of offering goods or services to the public
through announcements in the media Or you could say
advertising is the public notification of a products availability
and related activities for its promotion usually in the form of a
paid announcement, which may be printed or broadcast.

Three Purposes of Advertising


Advertising has three primary objectives:
To inform, To persuade and To remind. Informative
Advertising creates awareness of brands, products, services, and
ideas. It announces new products and programs and can educate
people about the attributes and benefits of new or established
products.

Three media Sources used in advertising


 Video Advertising: Television and YouTube
 Audio Channels : Radio and Podcast Advertising
 Social Media
OR
 Print Media
 Broad Casting Media
 Internet Media

Three techniques used to advertise goods & services.


Some of the most common advertising techniques include
emotional appeal, bandwagon pressuring (AKA bandwagon
advertising), endorsements and social proof as well as weasel
words.

 It Speak to your Customer’s Needs

The effects of advertising on both the consumer and


manufacturers.
Advertisements assist consumers in becoming acquainted
with the product and the brand as a whole. Most
advertisements do not create an instant purchase decision
but leave an impression in the consumer’s mind about the
brand.
