In case there is no time to conduct a full treatment which takes average of 60

minutes, you can always perform the Rapid Treatment in 15 to 30 minutes.

The rapid treatment focuses only on the major energy points and performed while
the recipient is seated on a chair with back straight.

Each hand position is held for 3 – 5 minutes.

The Hand positions

Position 1: Stand behind the recipient and place hands on recipient's shoulder.

Position 2: Remain behind the recipient; place both hands on the crown Chakra.

Position 3: Move to the side of the recipient; place one hand on the third eye
Chakra and the other over the Occipital Ridge at the back of recipient's head.

Position 4: Remain at the side of the recipient; place one hand over the throat
Chakra and the other on the back of recipient's neck.

Position 5: Remain at the side of the recipient; place one hand on the heart
Chakra and the other parallel between recipient's shoulder blades.

Position 6: Remain at the side of recipient; place one hand on the solar plexus &
the other parallel on the recipient's spine.

Position 7: Remain at the side of recipient; place one hand on the base of
recipient's stomach covering the Sacral Chakra and the other parallel on the base
of recipient's spine.

Position 8: Move round to the front of the recipient and place one hand on each
knee.

Position 9: Kneel down in front of the recipient and place one hand over each of
recipient's feet with thumbs open, cupping feet to floor.

Note:
For comfort of the practitioner, positions 3 - 8 could be conducted while seated.
