First, our team all agree that this kind of activity help us more relax. It can reduce pain, and is also useful
to someone who has rheumatism. Meditation is suitable for the white-collar who spend most of their
time to sit in the office because it can improve the respiratory system and blood circulation. Especially,
children who do this can also grow in height.

Next, after a hard-working day, do yoga helps us refresh our mind a lot. We can forget our stress and
anxiety. Practising yoga once a day gives us a better night’s sleep.

Finally, meditation brings up with lots of positive emotions leading to a happier life. It can also widen
range of patience and give us better focus. That helps us solve daily problems much easier.
