3 Are the hoses been held firmly with clips / clamps?

4 Are there any damage / leak in the hoses?
5 Whether the pressure gauge shows the correct working
pressure?
6 Does the safety valve release at the set pressure?

7 Does the moisture drain valve in the air cylinder functions

well?

8 Are the hose joints properly engaged? Are they prevented

from whipping in case of joint failure?

Are there any visible cracks in the air receiver?

10 Whether the lubrication oils topped up to required level?

11 Can the operator stop the machine in case of an emergency?

12 Are the belt & pulley condition and their alignment

satisfactory?
13 Whether Fuel consumption/smoke emission (visual) is in an
acceptable level?
14 Are the wheels of air compressor in good condition?

15 Are the rotating parts covered properly?
