JAPANESE OMELET PREPARATION

1.- Rice

2.-Onion

3.-Hot wáter

4.-Butter

5.-Salt

6.-Egg

7.-Pepper

8.-Milk

9.-Ketchup

PREPARATION

❖ 1 First clean, peel and cut the onion into small pieces, then in a saucepan, season

the onion

❖ 2 The next thing is to put the rice then fry the rice with a little oil until the rice with

the onion is a little transparent

❖ 3 then put the hot water together with the seasonings and cover the pot wait 20

minutes over medium heat

❖ 4 then turn off the heat next put the butter and let it melt then keep the rice hot in

another container

❖ 5 then in a separate container put the eggs, the milk condiments for the next beat

the eggs without adding air

❖ 6 then in a very hot non-stick pan put the mixture and stir constantly until the

mixture is half cooked

❖ 7 remove from the heat and then close the mixture with its edges forming a

butterfly cocoon without the half-raw mixture escaping over the sides

❖ 8 then on a plate put some of the rice and on top the Japanese omelet

❖ 9 to finish, put a design with ketchup on top of the omelette and serve
