NAME OF THE PROJECT: Making Egg Fried Rice with


Egg-Mayonnaise Sauce
I. OBJECTIVES:
a. Explain on how to make Making Egg Fried Rice with
Egg-Mayonnaise Sauce.
b. Demonstrate on how to make Making Egg Fried Rice
with Egg-Mayonnaise Sauce.
c. Value and appreciate the importance of Making Egg
Fried Rice with Egg-Mayonnaise Sauce.

Mayonnaise 5 tbsp.
III. PROCEDURE
SAUCE:

1.Gather all ingredients.


2.Boil the eggs. (hard-boiled)
3.Put eggs in container. Mush egg with fork.
4.Add mayonnaise and mix well until desired consistency achieved.
5.Set aside.

EGG FRIED RICE:


1. Heat pan in a stove.
2. Put oil until its hot.
3. Saute’ ½ of the onion and garlic. Add corned beef.
4. Set aside.
5. Reheat the pan.
6. Add oil and add the cooked rice.
7. Pan fry the rice until cooked.
8. Set the fried rice aside.
9. Add oil to the pan and finally add the ¼ of the beaten egg.
10. Add rice at the top and roll it inwards.
11. Continue adding rice and rolling the egg inwards until all the
beated egg is added.
12. Plate it in a nice bowl and add the egg-mayonnaise sauce to the
side.
13. Put the Corned Beef on top of the Egg Fried Rice.
14. Serve Hot!!
