METHOD STATEMENT – INSTALLATION OF ANTI-CLIMB FENCE

PRE INSTALLATION

Site Preparation

1. Location of installation will be measured & marked by professional surveyor

according to drawing & based on SUKE’s ROW

2. Consultant & contractor will validate the marker on the site.

INSTALLATION

Installation of Hollow Pole

1. 300mm x 300mm x 4500mm hole will be dig. The distance between pole is
around 2400mm center to center.

2. Ratio for concrete will be 1:1.5:3 (cement: sand: aggregate)

3. Pole will be put inside the hole & level accordingly. Concrete will be poured to
ground level. No beam required

Installation of Security Fence (Anti Climb Fence)

1. Fence will be installed at least 1 day after pole concrete.

2. Bolt & nut will be used to attach fence with pole.

3. After 15-20 fence installed to pole, fence will be level to get straight level on top.
This will be finish level.

4. All nut will be tightened accordingly

POST INSTALLATION

Housekeeping

1. All dirt from dig activity will be remove or flatten around the area.
