List 99 Checks As part of our Safeguarding procedures it is now essential for every parent helper who goes on school trips to have a List 99 check. This check is free of charge and can be done through our school office. Please provide us with your full name (including middle names), address and date of birth and your childs class. You can give this information to Mrs Vadher in the office or email it to admin.oakdale-jun@redbridge.gov.uk If we do not have enough checked parent helpers then it may not be possible for some trips to go ahead. Thank you for support with this, the visits our children go on are a vital and rewarding part of our curriculum.

It's PTA quiz night on Friday 7th October 7.00 for 7.30pm start. Please come along to our first event of the year it's a fun, social event and not too taxing!!! We'll provide: plenty of quiz questions, a licensed bar, prizes and a few fun games too. All you have to do is: Turn up as an individual, couple or group (6-8 in a team), it's just 5 and you can bring your own food! We'll stick a quick AGM in the interval to vote in a new PTA committee. The posts are all up for re-election: treasurer, chair, secretary and committee members. Please let us know if you are coming as tickets go quickly! Fill in the form coming in the book bags, see us in the playground or e-mail us back to confirm numbers.

Cub Scout places available at the 17th Epping Forest South to start in the autumn term at Holy Trinity Church, Hermon Hill. Mondays 6.15pm to 7.45pm term time only for children from 7 to 9 years. Staff Vacancies Midday Assistant We have a vacancy for a Midday Assistant to support pupils at lunchtime 5 days per week 12 1.30pm, term time only. The hourly rate is 7.89ph. The successful candidate will become a member of an important team of people responsible for the health and well being of our children throughout the lunchtime period. We are looking for someone who can work well within a team and can also use their own initiative in implementing the schools policies and procedures. Cleaner We have a vacancy for a cleaner to work 6.30am 9am 5 days per week 52 weeks of the year. The hourly rate is 7.89ph. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the School Caretaker as part of an established team of cleaners.
