Details about the claim
The landlord wanted me to pay $700 for maintenance they did to the apartment without consulting me first or
provide any sort of proof, photos, ect. I wasn’t contacted after I returned the key so I called the agency and they
said my property manager had resigned and transfer the case to other person who told me the landlord was
going to give the bond back in full but the never contact me again and they’ve been avoiding me ever since.
