OILFIELD & MARINE ENGINEERING SERVICES UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.
After evaluation of your Resume/Job Application; other relevant data and having satisfied the
recruitment procedure earlier adopted by the members of our HR Team, we found you
qualified to work with our Team. Hence ONALS OILFIELD & MARINE ENGINEERING SERVICES
seek to employ your services as an expatriate for a regular full-time position with our
Company.
The following outlines the terms and conditions of employment with ONALS OILFIELD & MARINE
ENGINEERING SERVICES U.A.E The Company reserves the right to change these terms and
conditions as necessary, with due notice.
Hours of Work The company’s core hours of operation are 9.00 AM to 12.NOON (BREAK)
START AGAIN (2PM TILL 6.00PM), Work days 9am – 6pm on Mon-
Thursday, 10pm-6pm Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are holidays.
Overtime Payment of overtime, for overtime eligible positions, will be paid for all hours
worked in excess of 44 hours within one week.
Payroll Schedule Your salary will be paid to you on a monthly basis, less required deductions,
(through direct deposit) OR (by cheque).
Vacation You will be entitled to four (4) weeks of vacation annually. Any further
increase is subject to policy. Vacation is to be taken at such time as is
determined by or acceptable to the Company.
Benefits You shall be entitled to participate in all benefit plans of Company as may be
made available to employees of Company from time to time for which you are
eligible. You will receive complete details of all benefits plans as part of your
new employee orientation, and enrolment will take place (immediately) OR
(once you meet the eligibility criteria).
Allowances/ This shall be provided for as deemed appropriate, and will be paid by
Entitlements employer. Quality single or family housing, personal effects shipment
and excess baggage allowances, free medical care for you and your
family through the duration of contract.
*Relocation Allowance: AED 55,500 (This amount will be pay to you
before coming to UAE with your upfront salary once you start the
process of your traveling documents as directed)
*Car Maintenance: AED 3,600 (Monthly)
*Travel allowance of AED 45,000.00 (Yearly)
*House & Furnishings: AED 120,000.oo (Yearly)
*Free Education for Employees children (Only if Employee is coming as
a family)
*Free Medicals care for Employee/Family (Only if Employee is
coming as a family)
Consulting Personnel You shall be expected to work with a team of prime experienced project
personnel’s with the mandate to provide excellent services.
Contract Status Single and Family Status, with accommodation provided. Kindly indicate if
you are relocating to UAE with your family. Excellent educational assistance /
benefits with family status employment.
a. FAMILY STATUS: (YOU ARE ENTILE TO RELOCATE TO UAE
TOGETHER WITH YOUR FAMILY) Company shall also take care
of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on
employees' early notification to company and as shall be requested by
employee.
Paid Leave Period/ All Employees are entitled to One (1) month Paid Leave per year which can be
Travel taken once at a time or twice apart one different period. Travel shall be by
business class/economy class flight, or otherwise if necessary. However for the
purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to
travel/excess baggage allowance. Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the
rate charged at the Period/time of purchase.
Expenses Before Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement
Travel By Employees of duties or Expenses made during Travel Plans, Processing of Travel
Particulars ETC will be substantiated with receipts and Employer will
reimburse the Employee not later than Five (5) working days after submission
of Employee’s expense Report and Receipts as proofs of such Expenses.
Employer however agrees to reimburse fully all Visa costs and Expenses made
by Employee. The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-
imbursements will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense
Reports and Receipts of Expenses.
Non-UAE Residents It is our official policy that our employees must pay for their Travelling Papers
Processing Including (HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN or EMPLOYMENT
VISA / Work permit processing fees, as a proof of the readiness to join our
team; they have to contact the DURAM TRAVEL AGENCY UAE and obtain
these documents.
The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements
will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense Reports and
Receipts of Expenses.
Upfront Payment Of Employees (Expatriates) are to note that the (1) Month Upfront Salary is paid
Salaries as soon as Employees Procure and Process the relevant UAE Travelling
Papers, Resident/ Work Permit Documents from the DURAM TRAVEL
AGENCY UAE, and submit it to the Human Resources Department of
ONALS OILFIELD & MARINE ENGINEERING SERVICES UNITED
ARAB EMIRATES for Verification.
All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in UAE shall be paid into
employee’s account locally. This is in line with the UAE Expatriate Financial
Statutory Laws.
Company will make provision for furnished 2 Bed room flat for single
Accommodations and 3 Bed room flat for family status, will be provided. After you
complete your employment traveling papers processing with our Travel
Agency and schedule with us the date you will embark your journey to
resume work. Kindly indicate if you are relocating to UAE with your
family or Coming Alone.
Dietary options, Customized cooks and Dieticians are available options.
In case of local dishes, we have Chefs from various countries to handle such.
Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive Health care for the
Medical Expenses term of contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of
contract for employee and family.
Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job
Safety & Security Locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously
considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations. All operations on Job
Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment
(HSE) Policy as applicable in the Oil and Gas Sector.
All expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job
Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.
All safety wears shall be provided by the Company at Job Locations such like
Safety Coveralls, Gloves, Goggles, Helmet and Safety Shoes etc. as applicable
in the Oil & Gas, Engineering and Construction Sector.
Policies and Company has established a variety of policies and standards that ensure a safe,
Standards enjoyable working environment. During the period of your employment with
us, you agree to be bound by these policies and standards, and any future
policies and standards that are reasonably introduced by the Company. It is
agreed that the introduction and administration of these policies is within the
sole discretion of Company and that these policies do not form a part of this
Agreement. It is agreed that if Company introduces, amends or deletes
employment-related policies as conditions warrant that such introduction,
deletion or amendment does not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
Changes to Duties If your duties or compensation should change during the course of your
and/or Compensation employment with Company, the validity of our agreement will not be affected.
In addition, if one or more of the provisions in our agreement are deemed void
by law, then the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Resignation Should you wish to resign your employment with Company, you will be
required to provide (04) weeks’ written notice to enable us transitions your
work.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Contact MR. JORGE VEGA of DURAM TRAVEL AGENCY UAE, With the below office address
through email, who shall be responsible for the processing of his or her Valid UAE travelling documents
including EMPLOYMENT VISA / HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN AND WORK PERMIT and then
should forward it to the HR DEPARTMENT of ONALS OILFIELD & MARINE ENGINEERING
SERVICES UNITED ARAB EMIRATES for Verification and authenticity confirmation.
