* S (STRENGTHS):
- Good business location, where is a suitable place for customers to
study
- The price is suitable for students
- The staff is enthusiastic and friendly when guiding customers to the
coffee shop for the first time
- Good product quality and service, it would create a positive image for the
customers. If we keep on providing the same quality service every day, the
number of customers keeps on multiplying.  

* W (WEAKNESSES)
- The area of the cafe is still small and cramped
- Brand awareness is unknown compared to competitors
- The investment capital is not enough to expand the shop.
* O (OPPORTUNITIES)
- Increasing customer demand
- Open a workshop or event, we should offer rewards and discounts to
regular customers (nhiều deals cho khách hàng) for everyone to
participate in
- INCREASE MORE PRODUCT LINE: we can increase the product line by
offering some cookies, snacks, cakes, and other similar items to your
customers along with Coffee.

* T (THREATS)
- Competition rate increased: Sometimes competitors lower the prices
of the product to attract the market
- The Low Price of Competitors: Sometimes competitors lower the prices of
the product to attract the market. It’s a loss for your business either way if you
lower it or not.

- Price Sensitive Market: Coffee is such a product that you can’t raise the
price at a certain limit, people would stop coming to your shop for coffee at
being too expensive.

5. LONG-SHORT TERM GOALS
- Short-term goals:
In the next 1-2 years, House of Rabbits will focus on creating brand. It
will try adding different facilities so that customers working there will
feel comfortable. Research shows customers want to spend their money
on a brand with a reputation they can trust. A good reputation is gold
and can be translated into financial success. It doesn’t only help you
retain customers, it also brings in referrals.
- Long-term goals:
In the next 3-5 years, House of Rabbits will achieve a revenue of 100
million. House of Rabbits will try to improve its organizational structure
to better serve customers. Besides, we will open more branches in
different provinces. This way, we’ll not only grow but our brand
equity and we’ll also make more money. It’ll be easier to operate
since we’ve already garnered experience from running our first
coffee shop.
