dumper box etc. Handling machinery like Waterjet / Plasma / Oxy-Fuel / Laser cutting machines, Rolling
machine, Lathe & Milling machines. All are CNC operated. Mig & Arc welding machines.
Responsibilities:

● Receive & respond for the job requests

● If any job to be done at site, inspect the job by myself
● Prepare the estimation for the desired job, which includes steel, labor charge, consumables
● Once the estimation gets approved, then arrange the team to complete the job
● Allocate the job for the team based on the job requests received.
● Make sure that there is no break in the workflow.
● Check & confirm the job completed was as per the requirement or not
● Maintain the stock for steel, gas cylinders & other consumables at all the times
● Order the steel & consumable whenever required using ERP
● Issue the steel & labor against the job done for the invoicing purpose
● Analyze the root cause for the failure & make corrections such that it will not repeat again.
● Make sure that all the safety standards are maintained at all the times
● Communicate with workshop manager & Owner work related & take their advice if necessary.
● Sound Knowledge on steels, reading the drawings, fabrication procedures & consumables
