Good day readers !

My name is Karl Pevie Miral, Grade 12-Taclindo


ABM student, I am excited to present my
portfolio, which showcases my immersion
journey and the significant impact it has had on
my personal and professional growth.

This portfolio serves as a testament to my


dedication, growth, and readiness to embark on
a successful career journey. as I reflect on the
lessons learned and the skills acquired, all
aimed at making a lasting impact to young

Reflection #1
Clearances

Getting the specific clearances for a job


requires patience because we have to wait in
line with other who are also applying for them.
This waiting period is actually quite valuable,
especially for us students, as it helps us
understand the steps involved in getting these
clearances and why they are important for job
applications.

All in all, going through the process of obtaining


clearances gives us a wide range of
experiences and skills that will be useful in our
future careers.

Reflection #2
Resume

Writing my resume was an exciting and nerve-


wracking experience. Despite my initial lack of
knowledge, I embraced the opportunity to showcase
my skills and accomplishments. I learned the
importance of tailoring my resume to specific job
opportunities, seeking guidance from my teacher to
effectively present my accomplishments. This
process boosted my confidence and also
encouraged me to continue pursuing new
opportunities for personal growth and also to add
more to my resume.

In summary, crafting my resume was a valuable


lesson. It instilled in me a sense of worth and the
ability to showcase my skills and experiences.

Biodata

As I fill up the biodata, I realized that it requires


careful consideration of what to include, so that you
will not make a mistake presenting the information
about yourself especially when you are applying for
a job.

Also filling up a biodata gives us an opportunity to


look back on our experiences and achievements on
how they shaped us as individuals. This can be a
valuable exercise in gaining a deeper understanding
of ourselves.

Application letter
Writing my application letter, I learned a lot. I realized
how important it was to convey my enthusiasm and
present myself in the best possible light. It also
helped me understand myself better and improved
my communication skills.

Overall, It helped me to be ready if I want to apply a


job in the future, It taught me clear communication,
and showcasing my passion.

Reflection #4
Mock Interview
The mock interview was a transformative experience
that left a lasting impact on me. When I was waiting
for my turn, I was filled with nervousness, but when I
walked into the room I relaxed myself and was
prepared for what was about to come.

The mock interview taught me valuable lessons


about preparation, communication, and self-
confidence. Through the practice, I discovered the
power of effective communication, including
maintaining eye contact, speaking clearly, and
exhibiting confidence in my abilities. The feedback I
received afterward from my teacher was invaluable,
providing me with insights into areas where I could
improve and offering guidance on how to present
myself more effectively in future interview.

Work Immersion day 1

Day 1 of my work immersion experience was an


exhilarating and eye-opening. The vibrant and fast-
paced atmosphere instantly sparked my
enthusiasm.

As I engaged with potential buyers, I approached


customers with enthusiasm and a genuine belief in
the value of what we had to offer.

Work Immersion day 2

Day 2 of my work immersion, As we set up our booth


at the 4th floor With a warm smile and an inviting
demeanor, We shared the unique features of our
product, highlighting its freshness and the delightful
blend of flavors.

after that, we find ourselves pleasantly exhausted,


knowing that we've put in our all to convince
customers to embrace our product.

Work Immersion day 3

Day 3 of my work immersion, I arrived early at the


bazaar, eager to assist my classmates in setting up
our food stall.

Throughout the day, Our efforts paid off as we


witnessed an increase in customer and received
positive feedback about the presentation of our
product.

Work Immersion day 4

Day 4 of my work immersion last day on the 4th floor,


since it was our last day. We had analyzed the
previous days' sales and expenses, and we had a
clear understanding of our profit margin. By keeping
a record of each transaction and the corresponding
revenue, we were able to accurately assess our
profitability.

By the end of the day, our team successfully


achieved our financial objectives. We had not only
covered our expenses but also generated a healthy
profit.

Work Immersion day 5

the first day of Hugyaw, our school's much-awaited


event,my primary role was to assist my classmates
in arranging the food stall in an appealing and
organized manner.

We wanted our products to stand out and entice


customers with their visual appeal. With careful
attention to detail, showcasing the mouthwatering
dish Beef Tapa and pastil that we had prepared with
great care.

Work Immersion day 6

As the last day of Hugyaw approached,My role for


the day was to assist my classmate in cooking the
rice, patiently waiting until it was perfectly cooked
and ready to be served. Alongside that, I took charge
of selling our delicious beef tapa.

All in all, It was a fulfilling experience to contribute to


the success of our team and witness the positive
response from the people. as I was elated and filled
with happiness as I immersed myself in the vibrant
and exciting atmosphere of the Hugyaw event,
creating unforgettable memories.

Overall Reflction
The overall experience was a delightful combination
of fun and exhaustion. Our group was tasked with
selling a product, which pushed me out of my
comfort zone and allowed me to develop valuable
skills, It served as a valuable reminder that great
rewards often come from pushing ourselves beyond
our limits.

Overall, Work immersion was an incredibly enjoyable


experience for me because it provided a unique
opportunity to delve into the world of business
management. The practical knowledge and skills I
acquired during this immersion not only sparked my
interest in entrepreneurship but also empowered me
with the confidence to take on future challenges, this
work immersion experience instilled in me a deep
appreciation for the profound significance of
perseverance in achieving remarkable success. I am
immensely grateful to the teachers for giving us the
opportunity to experience the joy of Hugyaw, as it
was a truly enjoyable and unforgettable experience.
