おVになる 【(superior)do;】
For verbs which do not have respectful equivalent,【おVになる】is used when referring
to actions of superiors.

Passive Verbs
This is used the same way as おVになる.However, おVになる shows a higher level of
respect than (ら)れる.

I heard that leader Yamada would quit our company next month.

【おV下さい】is the formal equivalent of 【~て下さい】is used in giving instructions
or politely urging superior to do something.
