    Dear Sir,

    With reference to the above mentioned this is reminder letter to release the defect liability which
    you have deducted from our bill

    We had already submitted a letter requesting you to release the defect liability amount on 16th Jan
    2023. We have visited your office, engineers and reminded so many times but after so many follow
    ups we have not received the payment till date.

    We request you once again please release the retention amount as soon as possible.

    Please do the needful.
