Biography

Noelle is an anthropomorphic reindeer monster who

lives in Hometown. She is Kris's classmate and
childhood friend. Since an unknown amount of time,
presumably not so long ago, Noelle's father has been
stuck in the hospital for an unknown illness. Her
mother, the mayor of Hometown (whom we never
directly seen in-game, but is referred to) seems to be
seems to be always working, and not very present in
her daughter's life. Noelle is one of the minor
characters Kris can talk to before and after their
adventure in the Dark World, and she was teased to
maybe have a bigger part in the future chapters of
Deltarune.

Appearance

Noelle is a reindeer-like monster with short light

brown fur, a red nose, freckled cheeks, and prominent
front teeth, as well as a pair of small antlers atop her
head. She walks upright, and has long blonde hair.
She wears a red and green checkered sweater with a
gray romper underneath.

Personality

Noelle is friendly and cheerful, but also very timid, and

sometimes has trouble saying what she's thinking.
She often apologizes, and stays quiet about her
feelings, such as her crush for Susie, or her distaste
for Berdly, out of fear. Her father says that "everything
scares her," and describes her as "defenseless."

Sexuality

When entering the top-left room in Hometown's

hospital, at the end of chapter 1, Kris walks on Noelle
talking to her father about her crush about Susie, and
her father trying to help her approach her, by telling
his daughter how he met her mother. Noelle is also
often saying how she doesn't thing Susie can be that
bad, and expressing the desire to get to know her.
When Kris comes back from the Dark world, they can
talk with Noelle, who is standing in front of her house
at the west of the town. If the player chooses to talk
about Susie, Noelle will ask to know what she's like
and, depending on the answer given by Kris, she will
either be glad to know Susie's not bad, shocked to
learn she is bad, but still has hope that she has a
good side, want to make her a calk lunchbox, or, if Kris
doesn't answer at all, will start asking multiple
questions, before realizing that's none of her
business. In short, her sexuality isn't confirmed, but
we do know that since she has a crush on Susie, she's
attracted to the same gender.
