MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
A minimum transaction charge of £50.00 will apply to all sales orders.

Any order below the value of £320.00 NET (or £120.00 NET for Category 4) will be subject to a £30.00 net handling fee.
However, all orders made below these thresholds are now eligible for your agreed discount terms.
EXPRESS DELIVERY CHARGES

Grundfos offers choices for next day delivery. The following options are available;

• Non-stock SP/SPA models (with or without drop cable cut to any length. Please note; Resin cable joint will take 24hrs to set)

Order must be received by 10.45am – despatch same day, delivery next working day.

NOTE – Grundfos cannot accept any cancellations or amendments once the orders are received. All services are dependant on component or
product availability. Grundfos can guarantee despatch or availability for collection sameday but cannot guarantee delivery. Deliveries quoted are
applicable for most areas in normal circumstance.
SPARES STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGE

A £10.00 net handling fee will be applied, per order, to all orders for spares, pump components, spares kits, and ancillary items such as flanges, unions etc
This charge does not apply if sparespeed or our online ordering system is used.
PRODUCT RETURNS FEE

All items requested to be returned to Grundfos will be subject to a minimum 35% restocking fee. Please contact your sales office to arrange collection.
Please do not send items to Grundfos as they wil be refused delivery. Items with a net value of £50.00 or less cannot be returned for credit. (Unless the total value
of the credit exceeds £50.00 eg multiple items) Terms and conditions apply which can be found at the back of this price list.
STORAGE CHARGE
There will be a 2% storage charge of the item value, payable per month, commencing one month after the goods have become available for
delivery from Grundfos.
WARRANTY PERIOD
As of 1st January 2010 all products are subject to a 24 month warranty period from the date of installation or 30 months from the date of manufacture.

10.8 Except for the terms implied by Section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or Section
2 of The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, all conditions warranties and other
terms express or implied, statutory or otherwise are expressly excluded except
insofar as they are contained in these Conditions or otherwise expressly agreed by
the Company in writing. If any legislation makes it unlawful to exclude or purport to
exclude any term from the Agreement. This clause will not apply to such term.
10.9 Subject to clause 10.11 the Company will not be liable to the Purchaser in respect of
any direct loss or damage suffered by the Purchaser arising from the negligence of
the Company or the negligence or wilful default of the Company's employees or
agents in connection with the supply of the Products or the design or manufacture
hereof.
10.10 Subject to clause 10.11 the Company will not be liable to the Purchaser in respect of
any consequential loss or damage suffered by the Purchaser arising from the
negligence of the Company or the negligence or willful default of the Company's
employees or agents in connection with the supply of the Products or the design or
manufacture hereof.
10.11 The terms of clause 10.5, 10.6, 10.9 and 10.10 will not exclude any liability of the
Company:
10.11.1 for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Company
or the negligence or willful default of the Company's employees or agents;
or
10.11.2 for damage to property resulting from no negligence of the Company or the
negligence or willful default of the Company is employees or agents except
that such liability will be limited to £900,000 per occurrence.
10.12 Except in respect of liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence,
the Company will not be liable to the Purchaser under any circumstances (and
whether arising from breach of the Agreement or the negligence of the Company or
its employees or agents or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss
or damage including without limitation loss of Production, loss of profits, loss of
contracts or goodwill suffered by the Purchaser which arise out of or in connection
with the supply of the Products or their use or resale by the Purchaser even if such
loss was reasonably foreseeable or the Company had been advised of the possibility
of the Purchaser incurring the same.
10.13 The Company will not be liable to the Purchaser in respect of any claims pursuant to
the Consumer Protection Act 1987 which may be brought against the Purchaser by
third parties in respect or defects in the Products and the Purchaser will fully
indemnify the Company against all damages, penalties, costs and expenses incurred
by the Company arising from any such claims which may be brought against the
Company by third parties except in either case insofar as the defects in the Products
have arisen as a result of the negligence of the Company or the negligence or willful
default of the Company's employees or agents.
11. RETURN OF PRODUCTS
11.1 Products may not be returned to the Company except by prior written permission of
an authorised officer of the Company and such return shall be subject to payment
by the Purchaser of handling and restocking charges, transport and all other costs
incurred by the Company. All items requested to be returned to Grundfos will be
subject to a minimum 35% restocking fee. Items with a net value of £50.00 or less
