Moulded Case Circuit Breakers

MF1-EL series earth leakage circuit breakers is a new designed MCCB, developed and manufactured
adopting international advanced technology. MF1-EL (ELCB/RCCB) rated insulating voltage AC 800V is
suitable for using in the circuit of AC 50Hz /60Hz, rated voltage 400V, rated working current from16A to 630A
to distribute electric power and to protect the line and the equipment from being damaged due to overload,
short current and under-voltage. It can also be used for infrequently switch and starting of motor and for
motor overload, short circuit and under-voltage protections and can protect the electric appliance from
dangerous fire caused by ground faulty current due to the damage of electric appliance
insulation.MF1-EL (ELCB/RCCB) with the advantages of the small volume, high breaking capacity, short
over-arcing, strong anti-vibration and so on. In accordance with the ultimate short circuit breaking capacity
classified into two types: Type M (second high breaking), Type H (high breaking).

The breakers could be installed vertically (upright) or horizontally (transverse)

Adverse wiring of terminal is prohibited, in other words terminals "1", "3", "5" only connect to power
Supply, "2", "4", "6", only connect to load.
MF1-EL MCCB comply with the following standards:
IEC 947-1 and GB/T 14048.1 General
IEC 947-2 and GB/T 14048.2 Low voltage breakers.
Appendix B earth leakage circuit breakers
IEC 947-4 and GB/T 14048.4 Contactors and motor starters.
IEC 947-5.1 and GB/T 14048.5 Electrical equipment of electromechanical control circuit.

Notice: 1.Limiti breaking and arcing -over distance including installed vertically and installed horizontally.
2.When three poles breaker connect with three-phase , negative load can not with neutral wire, otherwise fault action will happen.
3. When three poles breaker connect with single phase, wire of phase connect with left pole, neutral connect with right pole, don not
connect center pole.
