Congratulations on purchase of the new cooling incubator with controlled humidity which is an ideal option for applications
in which you need to maintain or regulate temperature and relative humidity inside of the chamber in various time modes.
Updated know-how in the field of regulation is used in the incubator control. Thanks to use of fuzzy logic and top-quality
hardware components, high precision of temperature and humidity respectively other features control is reached. The complete
control system is designed in such a way so as to arrange maximal reliability of the regulation process.
The devices meet the European technical and legislative requirements and they are constructed in compliance with relevant
EN standards. They are manufactured from high-quality materials using the newest technologies. Each individual unit passes
a thorough output control and it is tested by testing programs.
If you will follow the below stated instructions, the device will become your reliable and powerful partner. As from today, all these
qualities are at your disposal.
This device is really easy to use, thanks to intuitive control with wizards, but anyway we do recommend you to carefully read the

2.1 BASIC CHARACTERISTICS

the environment with temperature from 0 up to 100°C,
relative humidity (hereinafter referred to as RH) 10%
up to 98%. For possible combinations of temperature and
RH see chapter 8.3.2.3 .

• Space – homogenous lighting with wave length in visible

• Temperature, RH and lighting may be regulated in various


time modes.

• Tested samples are stored on shelves supplied together


with the device.

• The unique system of air circulation with forced


circulation guarantees space – homogenous distribution
of temperature and RH in the whole work space of the
device.

• Adjustable speed of the fan from 0 up to 100%

3.4 USEFUL SPACE

Useful space is shown in Fig. 4. the space delimited with


thick lines in the figure there are fulfilled (in connection
with standard DIN 12 880) the temperature variations as
specified in chapter 10. The thin lines demark inner walls of
the chamber. That means that values from this chapter are
not binding above the last upper tray any more.

8.3.3.4 SAFETY THERMOSTAT Fig. 26

Max. temperature
The safety thermostat serves for protection of exposed
material, the device itself and its surroundings in case of
unexpected course of regulation or in case of a failure.
The temperature in the chamber is measured and assessed
by an independent control block.
When exceeding the limits of the safety thermostat, the
heating elements are disconnected from the mains and the
cabinet heating is stopped.

When the temperature drops below the lower limit of the


protective thermostat, cooling is stopped.
Further procedures in case of temperature limits exceeding
depend on user setting of the switch PROGRAM STOPPING. Fig. 27

10.6 STEAM GENERATOR

It is placed in the rear part of the device, under a cover.


Check the hose tightness only, the other parts of the
generator are checked by the service technician.

10.7 REVISION OF ELECTRO PARTS

The thermal equipment cabinets are designed for


basic / standard environment, the manufacturer recommends
the revision period of 1 year, unless set otherwise by local
regulations.

standards.

Applies to electrical locking devices. Used only in case of
failure or power outage.

1. Insert a thin object (screwdriver, stick, etc.) through the


ventilation opening of the door (in the lower surface of
the door) under the angle of approximately 45° in the
distance of approximately 90 mm from the door edge
inside.

3. Use the door handle to open the door. If it is not possible


to move away the blocking stick (see above), then it is
necessary to screw off the whole blocking mechanism
from the bottom (4x M4 screw) and to push it away as
a whole. A service intervention is needed after such
a procedure (re-assemblage of the blocking set).

standard version – the right door in the arrow direction,
in case of non-standard version – the left door it is just in
the opposite (always in the direction from the handle to
the door hinges).
