I graduated at Negros Oriental State University-Siaton Campus with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management
(Magna Cum Laude) and believe that my skills and knowledge will make me a great addition to your team. I was
attracted to the Human Resources position because of the firm's reputation for high performance and excellence.
Additionally, I believe that I meet all of the key requirements, such as attention to detail, excellent time management
skills, good interpersonal skills, Microsoft Office Oriented, Results-Oriented, and Excellent planner and Coordinator.

Increasing employee retention by rigorously maintaining a positive work environment

Developing targeted outreach recruitment programs to recruit the best talent and meet all departmental hiring
requirements.
Creating user-friendly application forms and questionnaires to be used by the organization during staff recruitment
and interviewing.
Arbitrating labor disputes in collaboration with the legal department.
I consider myself to be a dedicated and dependable individual who possess excellent verbal and written
