50 years old Malay Gentleman (Body weight : 60kg) , alleged fall sustained closed left distal end radius
fracture. He is planned for Closed Manipulative Reduction and left above elbow cast.
Explain in detail the following ( Consent, Sedation including how would you prepare sedation,
Monitoring, Post CMR Xray, Cast advice).

6 years old Indian Boy (Body weight : 15kg), alleged fall sustained closed right distal end radius fracture
(Salter Harris II). He is planned for Closed Manipulative Reduction and above elbow cast.
Explain in detail ( Consent, Sedation including how would you prepare sedation, Monitoring, Post CMR
Xray, Cast advice)

F. Case scenarios.
I. You are called by your MO to see a case in Resus.
Unknown, 50 years old, Malay Gentleman, Under surgical for intracranial
haemorrhage.
Referred to Ortho team for open right tibia fracture
Patient is intubated. No family members around.
What history will you take, from whom, and how will you examine this patient?

II. SN in ward informed you that patient with left Diabetic Foot Ulcer suddenly complains of shortness of
breath and chest pain, had a few episodes of vomiting. SpO2 under room air : 80%, patient lying down
flat on the bed. How will you attend to this patient and what is your plan of management.

III. SN informed you , patient with femur fracture post trauma day 2, having temperature spike. What is
your differential diagnosis and next plan of management

IV. Patient age 56 years old, with underlying diabetes mellitus. Complaints of palpitations. Vital signs -
