On the other hand, offline learning still exists with its numerous
advantages, and is one of the most important sources of learning
experiences for students, especially to preserve teacher-student
interaction and to achieve human learning. Therefore, it is necessary to
harmonize synchronous and asynchronous learning activities in
carrying out online learning. After going through almost two years of the
pandemic, we need learning solutions that employ the blended learning
technique; and this pattern becomes part of the next normal era in the
education field.

The highly dynamic change in the learning system during the COVID-
19 pandemic has become a typical stressor for both lecturers and
college students. This is why it is vital to increase the resilience of
lecturers and students to be able to adapt in this difficult and changing
situation. One way to increase the resilience in education is to enhance
good relations with other people or institutions so that with the large
number of available resources, the ability to adapt will increase as well.
