19 pandemic has become a typical stressor for both lecturers and
college students. This is why it is vital to increase the resilience of
lecturers and students to be able to adapt in this difficult and changing
situation. One way to increase the resilience in education is to enhance
good relations with other people or institutions so that with the large
number of available resources, the ability to adapt will increase as well.
Objective
This international conference with the theme “Building Lecturer and
Student Resilience and Increasing International Cooperation in the
COVID-19 Pandemic Era” is organized with the aim of strengthening
the resilience of lecturers and students in order to prepare the
resilience and adaptation needed towards the post-pandemic next
normal.
