Concept Note
Education is a mechanism that develops and
enhances a person's body, mind and character. It
brings together brain, heart and mind and helps a
person to build a full personality that recognizes
the best in it. Over the last six decades since
independence, higher education over India has
grown very rapidly but it is not equally open to all.
A substantial part of the population also has
analphabetism and many children are not even
taught in primary school. Not only has a significant
part of the population not been excluded from
making a complete contribution to the country's
growth, but they also have been discouraged from
making full use of the benefits of any growth to the
public. There are definitely many challenges facing
India in higher education during COVID-19
lockdown period, but it is most important to
resolve these challenges and improve higher
education. India is a nation with tremendous
potential for human capital, which has to be
discussed in order to make effective use of this
potential. Opportunities are abundant, but it is of
concern whether such opportunities can be gained
and made accessible to others. There is a need to
urgently evaluate financial resources, access and
equity, efficiency, standards, relevance,
infrastructure and ultimately responsiveness in
order to achieve and meet future requirements.
About Institution
Government Vidarbha Institute of Science
and Humanities, Amravati established in 1923 is a
pioneer institution of the Sant Gadge Baba
Amravati University and has been re-accredited
grade "A" by the National Assessment and
Accreditation Council (NAAC).
Today the institution functions with more
than 100 teaching faculties in 21 subjects. The
teachers of institution are highly motivated and
have original, published academic and creative
work, including journal and other print media
articles and educational film making to their credit.
We at Government Vidarbha Institute of
Science and Humanities emphasize on the holistic
development of personality, meaningful exposure
to real world, and inculcating practical skills
amongst our students apart from ensuring
academic excellence.
Aims and Objectives
Mission of this international e-conference is
to promote and enhance the dialogue in higher
education among the institutions devoted to
Science and Humanities fields during this COVID-19
Lockdown period through:
1. Creation and dissemination of knowledge;
exert an influence in public policy.
2. Promotion of best practice standards in the
service of international education.
3. The facilitation of relevant forums, training and
information exchange.
4. Production of publications used as a database
document for research works, projects and
innovation activities held on the international
education field.

In light of this pandemic and lockdown, it's been decided that academicians, research scholars, students
(under graduate and post graduate), industry experts and stakeholders will not be charged for e-
conference registration.

Registration covers opening ceremony, keynote and all sessions, quiz, article writing competition, virtual
meetings and one-to-ones with the resource person.

Rules and Regulations (Read Carefully before registration)

For paper Submission and Publication in e-Conferences:
 All Papers should be the Original one and it should not be published in any manner before and after
the e-conference.
 All Authors and Co-authors must inform their respective Dept. Head/Principal/Guide about the paper
submission of papers into e-Conferences.
 All Authors and Co-authors should write the correct affiliation inside the paper.
 The Organizing Committee may not accept the papers submitted after the last date of registration.
Plagiarism policy:
The plagiarism policy ensures authors give due credit to other authors while referencing and it protects
academic integrity of the research community.
 All research papers submitted for publication are checked with plagiarism detection software to verify
its originality and find similarity percent of research paper. And the papers failing to satisfy mentioned
criteria are sent back to the author for modification.
 If plagiarism is detected in a research paper just before publication, the author will be given a chance
to resubmit the paper after necessary modification as suggested by the editor. However, if the editor
decides plagiarism is a major issue in the research paper, it will not be considered further for
publication.
 If plagiarism/fake identity is suspected or detected in a research paper after its publication, the
research paper will be removed from the website till completion of verification. In case a few
paragraphs are plagiarized the author will be given a chance to modify the published paper and the
research paper will be restored on the website after the editor's approval.
 Authors republishing their earlier published work (self-plagiarism) will also be dealt in the same
procedure as mentioned above.
