OPTION 2: FALL OF JERICHO TRUMPET CRAFT

Instructions:
● Give each kid a Trumpet template (page 5). Have them cut out each item and then have them color their
trumpet. Then have them glue the Big Idea and Memory verse onto their trumpet.
● Then, give them some string and have them tape the string to each end of the trumpet to make a strap.
● As they work, read the story from Joshua 6:1-5. Remind the kids that we will win the battles of life when we trust
in God’s plan. If you have time, have the kids reenact the story by marching around the room and blowing their
horns.
Supplies needed: Trumpet template (pg. 5, 1 set per kid), Scissors, Crayons, Glue, String (cut into 15 in. pieces, 1
per kid), Tape
