NARRATIVE REPORT ON HOMEROOM

GUIDANCE IMPLEMENTATION
S.Y. 2021-2022

Homeroom guidance program provides wholesome learning experiences in the

classroom that will poster positive attitudes, behaviors and values and improve relationship
between teachers, students and parents as well.

This will complement the Department of Education’s goal which is to produce holistically
developed who are able to understand themselves, have problem-solving skills, make informed
decisions, achieve academic success, plan for their future, and respect individual differences. It
envisions learners who can work for the common good of society and love for our country while
upholding the rights and responsibilities of good citizen.

Our School Head, Mrs. Jonalyn D. Badua supervises and monitors the implementation
of this program from time to time. She also sees to it that proper intervention for each learner is
being provided. While our School Guidance Coordinator, Mrs. Desiree R. Osmeña and together
with the Homeroom Guidance coordinator Ms. Vhellyre R. Ferolino always ensures the correct
content and pedagogy of Homeroom Guidance in our school. She conducted orientation on
Homeroom Guidance at the beginning of the school year and holds quarterly meetings with
section advisers before the implementation of each module.

As a whole, our school is doing its best in order to be successful and sustainable in this
program. With proper implementation and compliance, surely there will be a systematic and
good result of monitoring and evaluation.
