Interventions: Utilize technology for regular updates on student progress, assignments,

and school activities. Establish a Parent Volunteer Program to encourage parents to
actively participate in school events and activities.

Description: To address inconsistent parental support, the school is adopting a multi-

faceted approach. First, by leveraging technology, the school aims to facilitate real-time
communication between teachers and parents. This includes updates on student
progress, upcoming assignments, and school activities, fostering a transparent and
collaborative relationship. Simultaneously, the Parent Volunteer Program encourages
active parental participation in various school events, creating a sense of community
and shared responsibility.

Impact: The utilization of technology enhances communication channels, keeping

parents informed and engaged in their child's education. The Parent Volunteer Program
not only strengthens the school's connection with parents but also contributes to a
more supportive and involved community. Together, these interventions aim to create a
positive and collaborative home-school partnership.

recognition system for regular attendance to motivate students.

Description: The ALIVE Program is designed to infuse excitement and engagement into
the learning experience. By incorporating diverse and appealing activities, the program
aims to make school a place that students look forward to attending. Additionally, a
rewards and recognition system will be implemented to acknowledge and celebrate

PROBLEM/GAP: PRESENCE OF EMOTIONAL AND BEHAVIORAL ISSUES AMONG
SECONDARY LEARNERS

Interventions: Establish a school counseling program with trained counselors to provide

support for students dealing with emotional and behavioral issues. Conduct regular
mental health awareness campaigns to reduce stigma and encourage students to seek
help when needed.

Description: The school recognizes the importance of addressing the emotional and
behavioral well-being of secondary learners. The establishment of a counseling program
offers guidance and support. Simultaneously, regular mental health awareness
campaigns aim to destigmatize seeking help and create an environment where students
feel comfortable addressing their emotional and behavioral concerns.

Impact: The interventions are designed to create a more supportive and empathetic
school environment. The counseling program provides direct assistance to students
facing emotional challenges, while awareness campaigns contribute to a cultural shift
around mental health. Together, these interventions strive to create a school
atmosphere where students feel understood, supported, and empowered to prioritize
their mental well-being.
