PTA Narrative Accomplishment Report

S.Y 2022-2023

The Mariano Anoy Sangay Integrated School Parent Teacher Association has been maintaining close ties throughout
the School Year. The shared responsibilities of stakeholders were evident as they work hand in hand for the
betterment of the school especially in realizing the school projects that would greatly help the students.

The school together with the stakeholders rigorously held its quarterly General PTA Assembly.
Wherein all the school concerns were discussed such as the children’s’/students’ academic
progress, Students behavior in school, Homeroom projects, Monthly Pahina of Parents, and
PTA projects.

During First Friday of the month, was the scheduled date for the SCHOOL PAHINA. In this
monthly activity, parents cleaned the surroundings of the schools, do some repairs for
maintenance and classroom renovations.

During the first PTA Assembly it was discussed that each parent regardless with the number of
children will involuntarily contribute 100 pesos for PTA donation which was agreed by the
parents. It was decided that the project for this school year is for the renovation of school
stage.

The collected amount was only 10,080 pesos. It was decided to wait furthermore for the
remaining uncollected donation to start the school stage renovation.

The Mariano Anoy Sangay IS as the center of educational activities will continue to play a lead role in the
development of the school children; whereas, the PTA as an association of parents, teachers and external
stakeholders, will continue to be committed as partners of the school in the development of the school and students
