SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, JHONEL DERIT DESALIZA, (Grantor), of legal age, filipino, married with address at
Gubat Sorsogon City after being sworn to in accordance with law, hereby names, appoints and
constitute RYAN JAMES EDQUILAG counsel for the complainant, JERSON G. MADRONA
likewise both of legal age, both Filipino citizen and resident of Wellington Residence Brgy. Tres
Cruses Tanza Cavite as my lawful Assignees and in my name, place and stead to do and
perform the following acts to wit:
To file, execute, appear, sign, receive, process any kind transaction before the
office of Regional Trial Court Branch 109 of Pasay City with Criminal Case No.
PSY-23-00683-CR, R-PSY-23-00684-CR, R-PSY-23-00685-CR FOR STATUTORY RAPE. And
all other concerns from the undersigned grantor thereof under such terms and
conditions and under such covenants which my/our said Attorney-In-Fact may deem
proper and convenient.
I HEREBY GRANT AND CONFIRM that the Assignee and Authority to do and perform
every act and whatsoever necessary to be done in and about the premises relative to the said
purposes and not limited to the purposes stated herein.

I HEREBY RATIFY AND CONFIRM, that the Assignee and lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue of these presents.
