This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:

ALFREDO MACAJILOS, herein represented by FELIX MACAJILOS with SPECIAL

POWER OF ATTORNEY under Doc. No. 16 Page No. 04, Book No. CII, Series of 2017
notarized by ATTY. PROVIDENCIO A. ABRAGAN JR., of legal age, Filipino citizen, married
with residence at Brgy. Inalad Siaton, Negros Oriental, Philippines hereinafter referred to
as the VENDOR.

RACHELL F. MACAJELOS, Filipino, of Legal age, single and with residence and
postal address at Brgy. Inalad Siaton, Negros Oriental, hereinafter referred to as the
BUYER.

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered owner of a parcel of land with

improvements located and covered by OCT No. FV-42149, known as Lot No. 5412,
Pls-659 D, more or less, and more particularly described as follows:

Pls-659-D; on the N.E. along line 2-3 by Lot No. 5414, Pls-659-D; on the S.E., along line 3-4 by
Lot No. 5467, Pls-659-D; on the S.W. along line 4-1 by Lot No. 5411, Pls-659-D; and on corner 1
by Lot No. 5410, Pls-659-D. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 84 deg. 31’ E.,
3208.73 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-659-D of Siaton Public Land Subdivision.

Thence N.49 deg. 06’ E., 17.81 m. to point 2;

Thence S. 48 deg. 08’ E., 138.87 m. to point 3;

Points are marked on the ground by corners 1 to 4 are old points Bearings true.

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to sell the
above mentioned property for the amount of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS
ONLY (P 160,000.00) Philippine Currency;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY
THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 160,000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the
vendee to the vendor, the SELLER DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of
Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER, his heirs and assigns, the certain parcel of land
together with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances
of whatever nature including real estate taxes as of the date of this sale.
