desk with user-friendly utility box (standard power, outlets, multi-plugs and data ports), a spacious walk-in
wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirror and marble bathroom with soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

Sweeping views of the Jakarta city center welcome you to a 50 square meters room offering contemporary

GUARANTEE FOR ROOM RESERVATIONS

To facilitate guest check-in, we require that all room reservations must be guaranteed. All non-guaranteed
reservations will only be held until 6:00 pm on the day of expected arrival. Reservations may be guaranteed by
any of the following methods:

- Credit card guarantee. Please provide cardholder’s name, card number and expiry date
- Pre-payment of accommodation charge by cash or credit card

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any amendments or cancellations must be reported 24 hours prior to the expected arrival date. Any ‘no
shows’ or late cancellations will result in a penalty fee of one night’s accommodation charge. This fee will
automatically be charged to the credit card given as guarantee or the deposit will be forfeit. In the case of
company guarantee, the fee will be billed to Embassy of Spain for settlement.

PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment of the total charges is required on guest’s departure by cash or valid Credit Card.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The corporate rates have been extended based on your company’s potential production of minimum 100
room nights per calendar year (January to December). We reserve the right to amend the terms of this
contract and corporate rates in the event that the room nights generated do not meet the expected room
night production. We will review the room night’s production in June 2016.

• Corporate rates apply to executives of Embassy of Spain and its affiliated companies when reservations are
placed directly through your local office or overseas offices that book directly with Grand Hyatt Jakarta. They
are not applicable to associates who do not work for Embassy of Spain or its affiliated companies. We reserve
the right to request for company identification or business card upon check-in and may apply the prevailing
‘Rate of The Day’ if valid proof is not available.

• Room nights and revenue generated from individual and group booking will be counted as part of your
overall room night production.

• Please note that the corporate rates are not applicable during city-wide events or on the close-out dates
listed below, and are subject to none-last-room availability. When corporate rate is not available, the
prevailing rate of the day will be offered.

• Grand Hyatt Jakarta reserves the right to carry out renovation(s) to and upgrading programme(s) in the hotel
as it deems fit. The decision to renovate/upgrade shall be made by the hotel at its absolute discretion.

GLOBAL PRIVACY POLICY FOR GUESTS

Please be advised that Grand Hyatt Jakarta shall comply with the Global Privacy Policy for Guests, available for
your review at http://privacy.hyatt.com (the “Privacy Policy”).

You, as the Customer shall, with respect to guests of Customer (“Customer’s Guests”) who stay at the Hotel
pursuant to this Contract:

(i) make the Customer’s Guests aware of the Privacy Policy;

(ii) obtain the consent of the Customer’s Guests to disclose their personal information to the Hotel; and
warrant and represent to the Hotel that Customer is: (a) entitled to disclose the personal information of the
Customer’s Guests to the Hotel and (b) authorized to act as agent of each of the Customer’s Guests for the
purposes set out in this Section
