1. Remove the wheel tire and rear axle hub. See Wheel, removal, Hub, replacing seal.

2. Remove the drive shift from the ring gear.

3. Exchange the drive shift for a new drive shift.

4. Install the drive shaft on the ring gear.

5. Install the rear axle hub and wheel tire. See Hub, replacing seal, Wheel, installation.
