gonna launch a new cosmetic product may I see it?

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT(AC): Of course ma’am, we are

planning to release this new eyebrow palette in public it contains 16 shades, and I
know that many people would love to buy this beautiful palette.

COO(JESZA): That is terrific to hear!

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT(NATHALIE): Would you please allow

me to make suggestions?

CEO(GIEL): Very well, let’s hear it.

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT(NATHALIE): Thank you ma’am, well

I’ve noticed that the palette costs a lot, if people saw the prize they would buy
something that is a cheaper palette than ours.

CEO(GIEL): You have a point there Miss Mortil, Mr. Gemzon what do you say?
You’re one of the person who made this product am I right?

PRESIDENT(ACE): Yes ma’am you’re right, well to lessen you’re worries we

will reduce the price by 5% and if we were to release this product in public we’ll also
be on sale, if that happens many people will buy our product.

VICE PRESIDENT(ERICA): Believe us ma’am this product will be a hit.

COO(JESZA): Well I can see that we will make a lot of profit from this palette.
ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT(RAYCHELLE): Not to mention I
am liking this palette, if I’m a consumer I would definitely buy many of this.

ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT(CHRISTIAN): I’m a male, but I

really like this palette.

VICE PRESIDENT(ERICA): This project will be a big hit ma’am Giel and
ma’am Jesza, so we just need the signature of you two to release this.

CEO(GIEL): I am impressed to see this plan of your team Mr. President are you
agreeing Miss Salas?

COO(JESZA): Of course I am ma’am, well should we sign it?

JESZA: Going back, the formal communicative style is also considered to be a

straightforward speech. There is no participation form the listener.

ACE: This style is often used in the following formal situations where there is only
one-way communication:

JORNET: Speeches, school lessons, graduation ceremony, television newscast

CHRISTIAN: Announcements, business meeting, an interviews, or in academic

and business writing.

NATHALIE: The enunciation of words, diction and grammar rules should be

applied properly.

ERICA: Thus errors must be avoided.

RAYCHELLE: Ideas are presented cohesively and all necessary information are
clearly given.

AC: And formal communication follows a hierarchical structure and chain of

command.
