We have several things to cover today, and limited time. Let’s start with the first item on today’s agenda

Ok. As you know , our sales have been decreasing these pass few months and the company is affected.

Lets hear from our members who did the research about the problems which is the reason why our
company’s facing this problem right now.

Escote: Good day everyone! Today, let’s talk about the main problem and recommendations . is about
the research we did . We discovered this recent trend the “aesthetic outfits or OOTD ideas” were
millennials are really in. We suggest we should upgrade our styles and designs . Something fresh and
unique that will catch the attentions of the target customer. Something that’s in for today’s trend but
more stylish.

Marielle: Thank you for the details and information’s , as well as your recommendations. It could help
the company, we should really look or observe what’s in or trending right now.

The next in the Agenda is how can we expand our marketing and what are we capable of, we have to
come with the plan . Any suggestions everyone? Let me hear your thoughts about this one.

Escote: Ms. President, I highly suggest we should open our company for International shipping. It can be
also a great deal if people overseas can order online. There’s do many social media platform where we
can upload or post our designs. For example, tiktok, shopee, shein, Amazon, Zalora, and many more.

Renelo: That’s a great idea, we can open the shipping process international. I agree with Me. Escote.

Marielle: Wow! That’s a great idea, we can really d that. How about the others? Do you still have any
suggestions ?

Flauta: I think it would be a great idea too if we’ll change our target customer. Instead of women 25
years old up, why not for everyone? Fashion has no age limit after all. For kids, let’s create suitable
clothes for their age. For teens , we can design chic and many clothes to suit their age. For adults,
something formal yet still stylish.
Eke: I agree with Mr. Flauta. It should be open for everybody.

Members: We agree too!

Marielle: What a great suggestion Mr. Flauta. Fashion really has no age limit, it should be for everybody.

Marielle: Mr. Escote, may I know if we still have enough time ?

Escote: Ms. President, we only have 30 minutes left .

Marielle: Great, let’s hurry up everybody. Do you have more suggestions?

Alexander: I suggest we should hire new ambassadors. There are so many poplar’s Celebrities, Artist and
influencers we can contact to. They can promote our clothing brand.

Vhal: Agree! I know some of them. I can give you list and how can we contact them to settle the contact.

Marielle: Oh wow! That’s great! Popularity of these people will be a huge help to promote our clothing
brand well go for that idea.

Members: We agree too!

Marielle: Any last suggestion before we end this meeting?

Boston: What about the price? Since we’ve change the target customer, we also change the pricing
which will be affordable for everyone.

Barino: Yes , the design must be affordable but good quality.

Reyes: I strongly agree!

Marielle: That one will consume time, we don’t have much time left, I suggest to discuss it for the next
meeting.

Marielle: Alright, since we don’t have much time left I would like to ask Ms. Sadava to sum up what we
