Creating, preparing and implementing a summer art curriculum for students Pre-k to grade 5. Adapting lessons
based on students’ strengths, needs, and interests at each grade level. Using positive behavior management
strategies to efficiently manage a classroom of 15 students.

Maintaining a fun and safe environment while working with students Pre-k to Kindergarten. Responsibilities
include planning, preparing, and implementing curriculum and activities to prepare students for a full kindergarten
experience. Teachers actively participate with the students in things such as swimming, lunch, classroom
activities, farm & wildlife, horse barn and other areas of the Green Chimneys campus.

Created and taught lesson plans based on state standards and learning goals for students in Kindergarten, First,
and Second grade. Adapted lessons based on students’ strengths, needs, and interests. Managed a classroom of
20 students independently using positive behavior management strategies. Participated in Behavior Intervention
Team events and worked with individual PBIS students. Took part in after school events with students and took
part in preparation for student art show

Providing assistance to gallery curators as needed, while performing in a professional environment. Some of our
tasks included hanging works, lighting for shows, and working during openings for exhibits.
