Rendering instructions

Below are the instructions for 2 new color 3-D renderings I would like to have you create for me from
scratch. I have floor plan drawings labeled View #1 & View #2, and highlighted in yellow of the views
for the 3-D rendering image files I want created.

In View #1, 3-D viewpoint shown below on floor plan

The ceiling is 96”inches in height. Other dimensions will be found on AutoCAD dwg
Here is the LVP (luxury vinyl plank) wood floor finish that will be installed in the room. The size of the
planks are 7”inches wide x 72” long. On the floor plan below the wood, marked up in thin, blue
parallel lines is in the orientation of the plank placement, which is to run parallel with the back wall.

Cabinetry color finish for perimeter cabinets (along outer edges of kitchen), to be a painted
shaker style cabinet door in a very light warm, gray color as shown below.
The image below is only for color reference style of door will be shown on next page.

The light, warm gray will have a slight, contrast to the white countertop finish.
Cabinetry door style is shown below, which is a shaker style frame with an interior recessed
bevel. Note, this is for *door & drawer style only* Color is to be light, warm gray as shown on
previous page.

Kitchen Island Cabinets: walnut wood finish (where barstools are placed, in middle of kitchen)
Countertop Slab finish:
3 CM Calacatta VincenzaQuartz Counters (will send image file separately on Upwork)
This is a white countertop with slight gray, muted veining

Backsplash Tile Finish:

3” x 8” size tile
Cabinetry Hardware:
Please place the following hardware on the cabinet doors and drawers. Refer to AutoCAD drawing for
hardware widths

5 1/16” size for cabinet doors 12”W size for proportion reference

Pendants over the kitchen island:
The shade is 14”inches wide x 14.5” high.
Please mount so that the bottom edge of the shade is 33” inches above the top of the island counter
top, (so 69” above the finished floor).

Please place 3 of these at the kitchen island. I think 4 might be too tight.
SLIDING DOOR in Kitchen: New size: 72”W x 80”H

In the rendering, please change the sliding door to be this modern black style down below, that is slightly wider than the
space I have placed for it in the autocad drawing. The new sliding door size is 72” wide x 80” high, please use those
dimensions for the rendering.

As a reference, here is a photo of the current sliding door in place right now:
OTHER RENDERING Design NOTES:
-Upper cabinets to have under-cabinet lighting
-Please place a wooden bowl on the kitchen island with some green or yellow apples inside
-Kitchen sink to be undermount stainless steel, with 2 basins

-Kitchen faucet to be this brushed gold one below, which is 15 1/8” full height

Please place recessed round 4”Diameter ceiling lights in the kitchen in the locations notated on the
AutoCAD file.

Baseboards/Skirtboards along bottom of walls, will be a 4” high white, flat stock style, painted white.

Wall paint will be a shade lighter than the light, warm gray cabinetry color
