BEK Prep과 Secondary의 학부모 참석 운동회 - 서초종합운동장 - 5월 12일 금요일

Dear Parents,
학부모님께,

As you know, we are holding our first unrestricted sports day in three years at Seocho
Sports Complex 서울 서초구 양재대로12길 73-48 (서초종합체육관) 서초종합체체육관. This will
take place on Friday, 12th May from 8:30am to 12:00pm.
아시는 바와 같이, 우리학교는 3년만에 처음으로 서초종합체육관에서 운동회를 개최합니다. 이 운동회는
5월 12일 금요일 8:30am부터 12:00pm까지 입니다.

This is the first time that we will be inviting parents to our sports day. Due to safeguarding
reasons, we can not have parents entering and exiting the gym freely during the event, as
free movement may lead to strangers entering. Therefore, parents will be allowed to enter
sports day during two time periods: 8:00 to 8:30 am when pupils are arriving and 10:00 to
10:20 am when the pupils are having a snack break.
운동회에 부모님을 초대하는 것은 이번이 처음입니다. 그래서 출입이 자유롭다 보면 낯선 사람들도
출입할 수 있기 때문에 아이들의 보호를 위해 부모님들의 출입을 제한하고자 합니다. 따라서,
학부모님들은 학생들이 도착하는 8:00-8:30am과 학생들이 간식을 먹는 10:00-10:20am 두 차례만
입장하실 수 있습니다.

You can enter through the main gym entrance on the 1st floor, where you will be met by
our staff who will sign you in. From there, they will guide you to the bleachers where you
can sit. We know it will be a long day and parents may not be able to take the full morning
out of their busy schedule - therefore, parents can leave at any point during the day.
1층을 정문을 통해 들어오시면, 저희 직원들이 먼저 학부모님들을 체크할 예정입니다. 그리고
학부모님들이 앉으실 수 있는 관람석으로 안내해 드릴 것입니다. 우리는 그날이 긴 하루가 될 것이라는
것을 알고 있고 부모님들의 바쁜 아침 스케줄로 인해 끝까지 계실 수 없으신 분도 있을 것으로 예상됩니다.
따라서 부모님들은 하루 중 어느 때라도 떠나실 수 있으십니다.

Finally, due to the number of people who may attend this event, we unfortunately cannot
use the Seocho Sports Complex’s car park. You will have to find alternative parking, if you
are coming by car.
마지막으로, 이 행사에 참석 할 수 있는 인원수로 인해 유감스럽게도 서초종합운종장 주차장을 이용하실
수 없습니다. 차로 오시는 분들을 다른 주차장을 찾으셔야 한다는 점을 알려드립니다.
