Norway
EnergiPlan is a charging operator in Norway who provides EV chargers, operating
platforms and Apps. The communication between chargers and operating platforms
uses OCPP 1.6 protocol. The installation of the CPs and the local after-sales service are
provided by EnergiPlan.
In June 2018, the operating platform was put into service. Both home use chargers and
commercial chargers were connected to the platform for management. The operator
issues the RFID card to the user, and the RFID card corresponds to the user association.
All charging order history for RFID cards is displayed and saved in the platform, which
supports exporting charging order history. At the beginning of each month, the
operator will export the charging order history record, count the consumption amount
of each user in the previous month and issue bills and invoices. The user will pay based
on the bills and invoices received.
In September 2020, the customized App (EnergiPlan) was launched on the App Store
and Google Play. The app is designed for all end users. The app is embedded with the
Nordic payment method NETS. After the user registers the app and bind their credit
card, the charging fee could be automatically deducted on credit card.
Italy

after-sales of the chargers.

Australia
GET is a charging operator in Australia. EN+ provides AC chargers, operating platforms
and Apps.
In June 2020, the operating platform was put into service.
In June 2020, the customized App (GET) is available on the App Store and Google Play.
The App is designed for all end users. The payment method PayWay is embedded in
the App. After the user registers the app and bind their credit card, the charging fee
could be automatically deducted on credit card. This method can avoid the problem
of users not paying, because each time the user starts charging, the bank will be
authorized to freeze a certain amount of the credit card (the frozen amount is set by
the operator on the platform).
